Dining
- An early breakfast is served before the morning activity. This may usually include the option of cereals, fresh fruit bread and muffins with coffee and tea. Hot food can be ordered of anything from a full breakfast to eggs benedict.
- Brunch typically consists of an assortment of salads and a hot dish. An example of this is baked flatbreads with fresh dips, Moroccan braised chicken, caponata, fresh salad and tabbouleh, creating an individual buffet at your table.
- Afternoon tea served between 3;30pm – 4 pm usually consists of light Savoury and sweet treats with fresh homemade non-alcoholic drinks.
- The dinner menu will be announced by the chef as everyone gathers for pre-dinner drinks. Suggestions and requests are appreciated here.
- A selection of mains, starters and desserts can be chosen by the guest from the menu.
