David went out of his way to help with our trip and we had an amazing experience! The guides at Sangha were excellent, and knowledgeable, and everyone went out of their way to help. We would love to travel again due to the attention to detail and NWS' willingness to deal with difficult situations.

I am very grateful to have worked with my destination specialist, David. I feel his hands-on experience in Rwanda and his enthusiasm for the country contributed greatly to the success of our trip. David was always available to answer questions and discuss details. I can’t say enough good things about all aspects of our trip. Rwanda is a magical country and because of David and NWS, I felt like I experienced the best of the best. I would love to travel again, I applaud the intimate knowledge of the countries NWS go to. Personalised itineraries with all aspects of the trip are taken into account, making it a very organised and efficient process.

I loved every minute of it! The whole trip was well organised, from booking through to the actual trip. The guiding was very professional and always with an eye to protecting the wildlife and the environment to the max. All done with great humour. NWS Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which is important to me.

It was a truly memorable trip. While we also experienced the tundra buggy to get up close to lots of polar bears, the opportunity to walk with polar bears accompanied by guides was 100 times the experience of the tundra buggy. This trip was so well organised and nothing was left to chance.

This was the perfect trip. Probably the most important thing to us was the quality of the two guides who were among the best we've ever had. Their boundless knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm were key to the success of the trip. We'd go anywhere with them. The Polarfront was the perfect boat for us - it was comfortable but not overly luxurious. The wildlife sightings (polar bears, musk ox, seals, birds) were wonderful!

Everyone in the NWS team who I communicated with was great. The staff of the Kinfish were amazing and you can tell they truly love what they do which makes a huge difference. I would love to travel with NWS again as the company go above and beyond to make the experience authentic with knowledgeable and experienced guides.

The guides and Kinfish crew made the trip perfect as much as the wildlife sightings we had. The Kinfish is so unique and the crew are very special which makes this trip stand out miles above other trips. We had such amazing, interesting and down to earth wildlife guides who went above and beyond for everyone. The bespoke combination of exclusivity and uniqueness of this is what makes the trip really stand out from the rest. The access to the wildlife is second to none and you do really feel like you are having the same access as the professional documentary makers receive.

I had the most amazing time with NWS in Svalbard; the expedition leaders Mats and Hadleigh were great and got us really close to the wildlife and landscapes - the bear encounters were incredible (close and were able to watch them for literal hours demonstrating all sorts of behaviours), as were the opportunities to see walruses, seals, foxes and all sorts of birdlife. The ship was awesome, the open bridge policy was great and the crew were all lovely to chat to. The regular app updates on flight information, being able to see the travel docs etc. whilst on the boat (i.e. with no wifi) was also really useful.

Gemma and Chloe were both excellent for helping me to book this trip! Our guides, Hadleigh and Mats, were knowledgeable, kind, and engaged throughout our trip. Their expertise was the key to our incredible wildlife encounters which made for a truly once in a lifetime trip. We'd love to travel again, the combination of pre-trip planning, great communication right before and during the trip, fantastic expedition accommodation, wildlife, wildlife and more wildlife was great!

Our destination specialist, Gemma, was terrific! Gemma - and her colleague Chloe - were always quick to respond to our inquiries and provided very helpful information. We are very grateful they alerted the Polarfront crew (especially chef) to our need for a gluten-free diet. We didn't know what "muck boots" were and Gemma helped us figure out how to equip ourselves. Ten stars for Gemma! We had a great trip! Our guides, Hadleigh Measham and Mats Forsberg were phenomenal guides. They figured out the best daily plans given the weather and then the outlook for wildlife sightings. They said we were very lucky to have seen so many polar bears and cubs, plus great interactions with walruses and polar bears. But we know it was more than luck. They knew where to go to maximize wildlife viewings. They also kept us safe from polar bears. We also appreciated their knowledge when we visited historical sites. The NWS app is great! Kudos also to the terrific Polarfront team. The food was innovative, delicious, and tantalizing at all meals. Chief Stewart, Lydia, was so welcoming and helpful. The Captain was informative and friendly. The whole crew took on the immense challenge of anchor problems with an amazing team effort that was amazing to watch. Just a great job by everyone which made for a fabulous trip! We really appreciated the organization and attention to details of the NWS team. The App is great. Each member - from Gemma and Chloe to everyone on the Polarfront - was top-notch. A really impressive group all around.

Tristan was absolutely helpful and answered any questions promptly and in the best possible way, solving any doubts. The whole experience was awesome. Everything went perfectly; pick-ups, transportation, and activities. The hotels were stunning. Surprisingly everyone was telling us how wonderful Turtle Inn would be and my husband and I fell in love with Chan Chich. The location and the safaris around it were wonderful. The morning monkeys hanging around our cottage is something money can’t pay. The snorkel was absolutely breathtaking with turtles, sharks, and stingrays swimming with us. Blancaneux is also a stunning site to stay. The people at the three locations were nice and personal. Loved it.

Belize was new to me and was a really interesting destination, with its variation in terrain, birding, activities and what to see. The trip was planned as much as possible to my wishes!

It was great that our Destination Specialist, Tristan, had been to Belize just before we booked and had up-to-date information on all the places we wanted to go to. The howler monkeys were fantastic and we also saw a lot of birds and a couple of crocodiles. The app worked fine – it was very convenient to have the documents on our phone – and all of the arrangements worked perfectly. Accommodation and guides were excellent throughout. The trip was tailor-made to our requirements and was just right!

The service NWS provided was great! We ended up spotting various dolphins, sperm whales, and pilot whales. Our guide, Josh Barton, was great, enthusiastic, and very passionate too which contributed to a great trip.

The four of us thought NWS did a terrific job organising our trip. Not long into our journey, we realized that organisation is imperative in India and Sri Lanka, and everything ran like clockwork. The guides were very good in each location, and we can never say enough good things about the drivers and guides in the parks. NWS did what they said they would do and got us close to the animals we wanted to see: tigers and leopards. NWS got us to the animals and we would definitely book with them again!

Excellent trip - great recommendations, great guide and (mostly!) superb places to stay. Fulfilled expectations and successfully saw everything I set out to. All suggestions very good, especially considering I did a last-minute trip so getting availability was always going to be a bit tricky. But all well organised and very straight-forward/efficient.
