Dining

• An early breakfast is served before the morning activity. This may usually include the option of cereals, fresh fruit bread and muffins with coffee and tea. Hot food can be ordered of anything from a full breakfast to eggs benedict.
• Guests can have brunch upon returning from their game drive. On a recent visit, a selection of tasty individual salads was brought to the table, along with a choice of plated meals. They enjoyed a hand-chopped Botswana beef burger served with truffle mayo, caramelized onions, sweet roasted cherry tomatoes, and garlic potato fries.
• For afternoon tea, served before the afternoon game drive, guests enjoyed salmon tarts, mini sausage rolls, and mini lemon meringue pies accompanied by fruit smoothies, fresh fruit juice, and iced tea.
• In the evening, after drinks around the bar and fire, guests sat down to dinner. They enjoyed a lovely starter of calamari, followed by a tender fillet of beef with dauphinoise potatoes and vegetables. For dessert, a large selection of cheese was offered. A very good selection of red and white wines was also available.
