Shinde Camp, located on a beautiful island in the northern Okavango Delta, provides a calm water-based experience, including tranquil mokoro journeys and sunset boat excursions. In addition to aquatic activities, the private concession offers game drives and night excursions.

Eight deluxe safari tents provide breathtaking views of the floodplains and lagoon, with twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private observation decks. The camp's "tree house" dining experience is unique, and a hidden honeymoon tent and private camp accommodate couples, families, and small groups.

  • Buffet lunch after the morning activity has previously included chicken kebabs, couscous-stuffed peppers, lentil and feta salad, mangetoute and sprout salad, fresh garden salad, and a cheese platter with fruit.
  • Afternoon tea before the activity typically features a savory snack and a sweet treat. During the last visit, they enjoyed homemade pizzas, milk tart, iced tea, coffee, and lime juice.
  • Dinner, announced after the afternoon activity, features table-served courses such as: tomato soup, roasted chicken with potatoes, carrots, and mangetouts, and a decadent chocolate mousse for dessert.
