My love of travel started after university when, with friends we borrowed my cousins old land cruiser and explored, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, the list goes on and I was hooked. Fast forward twenty plus years and it has always been travel for me. I am lucky to have explored many continents whether that is exploring the Pantanal in Brazil, listening to jazz in Ouagadougou or trying to keep up with Chimps in the Mahale Mountains.
Introducing my children to the natural world has given safari a new perspective, watching a Samburu warrior explaining the use of plants for traditional medicine and seeing their faces explode with delight at the prospect of what could be just around the corner is just thrilling. I am lucky to have experienced many different roles within “Travel” from managing teams, to training and coaching in different countries.
My role at Natural World Safaris is to ensure that our focus remains firmly on the client and their experience, I am passionate about improvement and ensuring that our whole team is able to deliver upon the incredible experiences that we offer.
