Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is located high above sea level in order to provide uninterrupted views across the plains of the Zambezi National Park. Each of the rooms within the lodge have their own balcony and there are a number of outdoor terraces in order for you to truly appreciate your spectacular surroundings. There are 51 standard rooms, 15 deluxe rooms and 6 suites available at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge each of which have their own en-suite bathrooms. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and have their own balcony; many of which are overlooking the waterhole and the Zambezi River. The lodge is arranged over a number of different levels giving stunning vistas across the Zambezi plains.
Dining
There are a number of places within the lodge where you can indulge in some of the delicious cuisine on offer, during your stay each of your delicious breakfasts are included. There is the MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant which serves an a la carte restaurant and has breath-taking views across the waterhole. There is also a Buffalo Bar is an open plan area with its very own game-viewing platform. Private and bush dinners are also available during your stay at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge; ideal for those on their honeymoon. Just 500m from the lodge itself there is The Boma – Place of Eating which will give you a unique dining experience where both local and international dishes are served as you enjoy a traditional African dance.
Activities
During your stay at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge there are a number of activities on offer in order for you to explore the area. You will be able to take part in guided walking tours and game drives surrounding Victoria Falls, Zambezi canoeing trips, sunset cruises and horseback safaris. For the more adventurous there are opportunities for you to go bungee jumping, white water rafting or zip lining. For a different perspective of the land you may also choose to take a helicopter flight either over the falls themselves or above Zambezi National Park.
