Day 1, Nairobi
You’ll be met from your flight and escorted through customs to meet your driver who will transport you to your luxury boutique hotel in Nairobi. Take in the view of the Ngong Hills from the balcony of your suite whilst you enjoy your nightcap.

Day 2, Nairobi – Mara North Conversancy
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the domestic airport for your light aircraft flight into the wild. You’ll be met by your personal driver/guide who will be on hand (alongside your spotter) to help you find the wildlife you’ve been wishing to see.

Days 3-5, Exploring Mara North
Enjoy twice or even day long games drives if you wish! Your wildlife experience will be tailored to you, if your interest is in dung beetles, mongoose, maribou stork, leopard or lion they’ll set out to find it for you.

Day 6, Mara North Conservancy – Nairobi – Kigali
Today you’ll say goodbye to the savannah and be flown back to Nairobi. We’ll transfer you to the international airport, where you’ll catch your next flight to Rwanda. On arrival you’ll be met and transferred to your boutique hotel in Rwanda for dinner.

Day 7, Kigali – Volcanoes National Park
After breakfast you’ll explore the city of Kigali and visit the moving genocide museum. You’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and start your journey into the rainforest, ready to set out early on your trekking the next day.

Days 8-10, Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
You’ll have two mornings trekking for the endangered mountain gorilla. Trekking can take anything from twenty minutes to seven hours; traversing through dense jungle and often steep terrain. As the dark shapes of the gorilla emerge from between the trees, it’s a breathtaking experience to be in the presence of these mighty primates.

Day 11, Volcanoes National Park – Kigali
After a final breakfast in your luxurious cottage on the edge of the jungle, you’ll be driven back to Kigali for your departure flight home.
